Stinky Dog Blog

So, my mom brings me to work every day.  She says it’s better than me having to stay in my crate all day and, I guess I agree.  LOL  Actually, I love coming to work with her.  I have friends there, the pigs (that she doesn’t let me play with any more), a horse, and some dogs next door.  But, really, I just like being with her.  There’s also a fun lady in the office that likes to give me pets and pats all day.  We even get visitors sometimes.  But, mostly I just sleep.  Sometimes I’ll find some warm sun to lay in, other times I’ll sleep in my crate that has a comfy bed.

Mom just took this picture of me (I know, she’s weird).  I’m pretending to be asleep but really, I just want her to finish whatever it is she’s working on so we can go home.  It’s dinner time and I want to eat.  But, I just lay here quietly until she says she’s ready to go.

Mom says today is Friday so that means we get to stay home all weekend.  Weekends are fun, especially now that it’s warm, because Mom will sometimes leave the door open so I can go outside whenever I want.  That’s pretty fun (especially when that cat comes out too).

My mom let me play with the Piggies today, she says they look like me (only I’m cuter).  All I know is that they are fun to play with.  Mom doesn’t let me go in the same area they’re in so there’s a fence between us but it’s OK.  They stick their noses out and give me lots of kisses.  My favorite thing to do with them is run.  If I run really fast back and forth along the fence they will run with me. But, I think they get tired so sometimes they stop.  But, it’s OK, I just keep on running and eventually they start playing again.

Mom says I can’t stay out there too long with them but it’s so much fun when I’m there.  When I have to come back in I can see them from my window and sometimes I can even hear them.  I try to get out there again but mom tells me to settle down.  Sometimes she’s no fun.
